Stride Forward Personal Training
Stride Forward is one of my babies. As a trainer, I want to provide a place that anyone can go to and get the workout that the client wants. Whether it be crossfit, power lifting, bodybuilding, endurance, whatever else; they could come to us and they would get that workout. The idea behind Stride Forward is to not only change lives of those we come in contact with, but the community around us. We would like to take old factory buildings and refurbish them into something that brings in new business for the community.
